Hollis

Effective 13 October 2026

Terms of service

1. Who you are dealing with

Hollis is a brand of ADELOS, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Florida, United States. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean ADELOS, LLC, and "you" means the person placing an order or using hollisdaily.com.

Reach a person at hello@hollisdaily.com. We read email Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, and reply within one business day. There is no phone queue, which also means there is no phone number we can hide a cancellation behind.

2. What you are buying

These terms cover a monthly subscription for Hollis Daily Collagen, a dietary supplement containing hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides. Products are sold for personal, household use in the United States only. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the fifty US states and the District of Columbia, and checkout will not accept one.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to order. The person named on the payment card must be the person placing the order.

3. Price, billing and renewal

Every subscription plan renews automatically, every month, at the price shown below, until you cancel it. We tell you the price and the interval next to the pay button before you pay, Stripe asks you to accept these terms with a box you tick yourself, and your confirmation email restates all of it.

How the charges work

  • Your first charge happens when you complete checkout. Each later charge happens on the same day of the month, until you cancel.
  • Prices include US shipping. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • The founding membership applies a one-time $10 discount to your first invoice, which is why the first month is $39 and every month after it is $49. The discount applies once and is limited to the first 100 redemptions.
  • If we ever change the price of an active subscription we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and the email will tell you how to cancel before it does.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it a small number of times over the following days. If it keeps failing we cancel the subscription rather than let a balance accumulate.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel online, at any time, in two clicks, and it is never harder than signing up was.

Every receipt we send contains a link to the Stripe customer portal for your subscription. Open it and press cancel. The cancellation takes effect immediately and you are not charged again. The same portal lets you skip a single delivery, change your payment card, update your shipping address and download past invoices.

If you would rather a person did it, reply CANCEL to any email from us and we will cancel the subscription on the same business day and write back to confirm. We will not ask you to call anyone, complete a survey, decline a retention offer, or meet a weekly cut-off time.

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund a charge that has already happened — for that, see the refunds page, which is generous on purpose.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner and dispatched within two business days of a successful charge.
  • Carrier transit is typically two to five business days within the contiguous United States, and longer to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, not on dispatch. If a carrier loses or destroys your parcel, tell us and we will replace it or refund it — that is our problem to solve, not yours.
  • If an address is wrong and the parcel comes back to us, we will reship it once at no charge once you give us the corrected address.

6. About the product and its claims

Hollis Daily Collagen supports skin, hair, nails and joints.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Hollis is a dietary supplement, not a drug or a medical device. Dietary supplements are regulated in the United States under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act, which permits statements about how a nutrient affects the structure or function of the body and does not permit claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents disease.

We therefore make structure and function statements only. Nothing we publish is a claim about any disease or medical condition, and nothing we publish is a claim about hormones or about the menopause. If you ever see us say otherwise, we have made a mistake and we would like you to tell us.

This is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, or have a condition that requires you to monitor protein intake. Stop taking it and speak to a clinician if you have an adverse reaction, and please tell us as well.

We will send you the certificate of analysis for the batch you received, and the current California Proposition 65 status, if you email and ask. There is no form to fill in.

7. Your account and your conduct

We do not ask you to create an account. Checkout and subscription management both run on Stripe, and the link in your receipt is how you get back in. Keep your receipts; anyone with that link can manage the subscription.

Please do not try to break the site, scrape it at volume, resell our products as if they were yours, or use our name or wordmarks in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund it, if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent or intended for resale.

8. Our content

The text, illustrations, layout and code on hollisdaily.com are ours and are protected by copyright. The illustrations on this site were drawn for it; there is no stock or third-party imagery anywhere on it. You may link to any page. Please do not republish the copy or artwork without asking first — ask and we will usually say yes.

9. Limits on what we owe you

We give you the product as described and we stand behind it through the refund policy. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited, including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve by email will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we each consent to that venue.

We would much rather sort it out by email. Write to hello@hollisdaily.com and describe what went wrong; we read every one of those.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects an active subscription — price, billing interval, cancellation method, or refund rights — we will email every active subscriber at least 14 days before it takes effect and say plainly what changed. Continuing a subscription after that date means you accept the updated terms; cancelling before it means you do not, and costs you nothing.

The date at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading.
