To cancel, you do not need us at all: the portal link in any receipt cancels the subscription in two clicks, effective at the end of the current 28-day period. If you would rather we did it, reply CANCEL to any email from us and we will handle it the same business day.

For a refund, email the address above with the address you ordered with. You do not need an order number or a reason. The policy is on the refunds page.
